What is the fee for admission?There in no cover charge or admission fee of any kind prior to 7 pm. The cover charge after seven PM is $10 per guest.

How much does it cost to use the Business Center?
The business center is free of charge to all our guests! A key may be obtained by speaking to the Steakhouse Maitre d' or Steakhouse bartender.
How much does it cost for a bachelor party?
We have several different packages available and can tailor a party to fit the guest's needs, please ask any available floor host or manager for details.
How many bars do you have?
Three. Two bars are located on the main floor opposite of one another and one in the Steakhouse.
Is there a bar menu?
Sure there is, but we also have our full menu available at the bar until midnight daily and a limited Steakhouse late-night menu until one am.

Who are the chefs?
NY Strip Steakhouse & Cabaret wanted to be sure that your restaurant experience is" top of the line" so we've hired two fantastic chefs.
Calabria born Chef Johnny "Capri" Rovito and family have been in the restaurant business for over thirty-years. They have owned and operated seven restaurants in and around Chicago, including "Capri Ristorante" which was voted restaurant of the year by Chicago magazine in 2009. Johnny learned his craft the old fashioned way, in the family restaurant kitchen, learning from his Momma & Nonna (Grandmom) who Johnny worked very closely with while growing up. Chef Johnny still relies on his Italian heritage to create dishes that are from the heart and soul not your traditional cookbook.
Jerry "chef pep" Peppy, is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), and has been wielding his craft from New York to South Florida for 15 years. Coming to NY Strip from corporate America as executive Chef & General manager in charge of Tyco Corporation's headquarters in Boca Raton.
What credit cards do you accept?
NYSSC accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, JCB, Discover, etc. essentially every major credit card. Current and accurate picture identification is required for all purchases on credit.
What type of coffee does NYSSC serve?
NYSSC serves "Illy" brand coffee and espresso's as it is considered one of the finest coffee brands in the world and we have found it to perfectly compliment our gourmet menu.

What is your dress code?The old saying goes, "when in Rome, do as the Romans do". That being said we recognize that we are in South Florida which has a style all it's own! We prefer that our guests "dress business casual" but we also recognize that that may not always be possible and therefore will allow certain types of more casual dress. i.e. shorts, t-shirts, tennis shoes, etc.
What type of dancing is offered?
We have two stages in main room. The main show stage is in the center of the club known as the "main stage" and another in our VIP area known as the "Empire stage". These stages are always open and will feature anywhere from 1 to 3 entertainers at a time. These main stage dances are topless only and the VIP stage is nude.
In addition to stage dances, our entertainers also offer "up close and personal" dances in our semi-private dance rooms. The dances may be totally nude in the private dance area at the discretion of the entertainer.
How much are dances?
Dances on the main floor are $15 topless and $25 nude. Dances in the semi-private VIP room are $30 each.

Dressing Room Details:
New York Strip steakhouse & Cabaret values our entertainers and want them to be as comfortable as possible during their time here. The 1,500 square-foot dressing room features double-size (18" wide) full-length lockers that also have a special locking compartment for valuables. There is enough counter space and mirrors throughout the dressing room and enough space to spread out while getting ready. There are three full size bathrooms so there's no waiting.
The second part of our dressing room features lot's of mirror space and two stylist chairs for use by our in house hair stylists and make-up artists. The professionally trained specially trained house moms have all the accessories and extras needed for the entertainers to feel at home!
Can I use a credit card to pay for dances?
SURE you can! Empire dollars are available to all. Empire dollars may be purchase by using your credit card and the "Empire dollars" may be used to purchase dances. The Empire dollars may not be used to purchase food or beverage. There is a $ 50 minimum for each transaction when purchasing Empire Dollars.
What are the show standards for entertainer dress?
New York Strip is an elegant show club that features fine wines, a five-star Italian Steakhouse that has two accomplished Chefs, an award winning management team that has opened /operated award winning clubs around the nation over the past twenty-five years, including five in the South Florida market. Our Vegas style elegant entertainment Show club and Steakhouse has a New York edge. An Empire state of mind permeates the room with an atmosphere, which is alive, brash and inspiring. Gowns are worn throughout our club at all times.
Can guests dance during contests?
We will from time to time present various contests in the form of amateur contests and bikini contests etc. female guests in our audience are welcome to participate.

Special Events:Monday is Hospitality Industry Night. Please refer to the Industry Flyer posted on the website calendar for full details.
Thursday is the Prime Girl Spokes Model Challenge with challengers vying for $50,000 a year contracts to become a Prime Girl Spokes Model.
Saturday is Couples night: $100 will get all couples dinner for two with choice of two entrees, soup or salad, shared appetizer, two desserts, coffee and a bottle of wine of value up to $50 for the bottle (total Value of the package is up to $ 200+). Reservations are required to made either online at www.nystrip.com or by calling 954.545.1313. The Saturday Night Couples package is available between the hours of 6 PM to 10 PM.
Sunday Night is the $10,500 Bikini Contest. The contest runs every Sunday, beginning April 4th (Easter Night) starting at 10 PM and continues through to Sunday, May 2nd for the $5000 Winner-Take-All Finale! Contestants must be in-house by 9 PM. The prizes are awarded based on a mix of audience applause and celebrity judging. The first four weeks will feature prizes of $1000 for first Place, $400 for second place and $100 for third place. Then in week five, all of the winners and any runner-ups from the previous four weeks can return and vie for a $ 5,000 winner take all first place prize.
Sunday: The Prime 500 club Mixer one of the many rewards of membership. Complimentary Food and Cocktails for the Prime 500 club Members in the VIP area from 8 PM until 10 PM every Sunday.

What is the Martini Buffet?
This is our own exciting creation! The Martini Buffet works like this. You go to the bar or to any of our service staff and let them know you would like the martini buffet. You will receive your own personal shaker with your choice of vodka. Of course we recommend Absolut flavors and we also offer a great price when you use Absolut specialty flavors. You then take your shaker to our special martini buffet complete with a cornucopia of ingredients from fresh juices to fresh berries, chocolate shaving to chocolate cookies and so much more candies, veggies, fruits and mixers. The Martini Buffet server will then prepare your martini to your exact specification or we can suggest one of our signature Martini's from the Martini Menu. All ingredients are Prime. All juices prepared daily from fresh whole fruit. You may sample any of the candies, cookies, creams, candy apples, chocolates, etc from the Martini Buffet while you wait. Take your Martini shaker cup to the Martini Buffet to create your own concoction.

When you order your "martini buffet" with one of our many Absolut flavors you will get a special Absolut Martini Buffet price.
What is Industry Night?
The "InTheBiz" Party takes place every Monday night. It is a night dedicated to our friends in the Hospitality Industry. The cover charge is waived when you sign up online (www.nystrip.com) for the UnCover Card. Get special drink prices all week long with the UnCover Card and $75 bottles all day and night on Mondays. The Absolut Martini Buffet is available for just $7 every Monday with the "UnCover Card".

How old must I be to be admitted entry?
All guests must be 21 years of age and be able to prove it with a valid picture ID from a governmental agency. We ID all guests that appear under the age of thirty. It's the law. Please bear with us as we make every effort to make your experience enjoyable and safe!
Are the entertainers fully nude?
Our entertainers dance topless on the main show stage and will perform totally nude on the VIP stage and in the semi-private dance areas.
Can I eat anywhere in the club?
Guests may order dinner in any part of the club!
How many entertainers do we have?
New York Strip has up to two-hundred entertainers performing nightly.

What are the details of Happy Hour?Happy hour is Monday through Friday from open until 7 pm. All drinks are 50% off on all beverages including domestic and imported beers, well, call and premium cocktails. Additionally, Chef Johnny "Capri" Rovito serves up a lavish buffet of hot and cold items.
What are your hours?
To start with, we will be open from 4pm to 2am 7seven days a week. Thereafter, we will be opening for a lavish EXECUTIVE LUNCH served Monday through Friday from 11 AM until 3 PM.

What are Private Party Rooms and what do they offer?We offer a variety of Party rooms that may accommodate any number of guests from eight guests to 80 guests. We will prepare an array of package pricing that may include food, beverage, transportation or any amenity that you may choose. How do I become a promoter?
Anyone can be a promoter for New York Strip Steakhouse and Cabaret. We have developed a unique system and package of rewards so that it is both easy and profitable to promote. Each promoter is assigned a special Promoter Number and a security pass code. We have developed a Website for the promoters so that he/she may get a complete daily update of their account. The site is www.CashPasses.com. It will allow the promoter to view all passes that have come into New York Strip that have their personal pass code and view their current cash balance. The promoter may opt to come to New York Strip any day of the week between 4 pm and 9 pm and collect his earnings or he opt to exchange his earning for a "house credit" which is worth twice as much toward the purchase of food and beverage. As an extra bonus, the promoter is awarded a point for each pass that comes though the door and after an accumulation of points he may redeem the points for additional gifts such as an iPod, LED TV, Kindle DX, Camera, Garmin GPS, etc. TO SIGN UP AS A PROMOTER PLEASE CALL: 954.
What do promoters do?
Promoters simply hand out passes to New York Strip Steakhouse & Cabaret anywhere they feel that there is a good target audience (a sporting event, Casino, a nightclub, a busy downtown street, etc). The passes are usually good for free admission to the Club and sometimes free admission and a free beverage for the guest.
Is there self-parking?
New York Strip provides Complimentary Valet Parking for all guess. There are limited number of upfront VIP Parking spaces offered at ten-dollars a space (free for Prime 500 Club members). Guests that need to self park will be charged a five-dollar fee.
How much do Bachelor Parties cost?
Bachelor Parties can be tailored to fit the needs and budget of each party. Private Suites may be reserved by the hour and may include all food and beverages for the group or the group may request reserved floor seating if they prepay for a package. All on stage roasts of the guest for a bachelor party includes three entertainers a Golf Shirt and a bottle of Champagne for a toast to the guest of honor. There is a one hundred and twenty-five dollar charge for all stage parties. Only guests with pre-paid reservations may be scheduled for an on-stage roast. Is photography allowed?
There will be no photograph allowed during the Challenge or for that matter at any time at NYSSC. New York Strip Steakhouse & Cabaret will photograph the Challenge and post pictures weekly online. Additionally, we will also video portions of the Challenge.

Are reservations required?Reservations are not required for the Capri Italian Steakhouse however they are suggested especially for the Private Dining Experience as the Prime 500 Club members have priority seating and use of the room. You may make reservations by verbally speaking to the Maitre 'D or by calling 954.545.1313 (extension 905). Special off-menu requests for specialty dishes may be made. Allow for at least one day in advance to allow for shopping and preparation. A VIP guest may request a specific dish and we will prepare it for you if you allow for some notice. Requests that include product that we have on the menu may be requested at any time. All of our menu items are made to order so special requests are not a problem.
Will we be offered free readmission if we leave and come back?
Yes. A guest may leave and come back the same day without a readmission fee.

Steakhouse Questions:What is the steakhouse's seating capacity
The Capri Italian Steakhouse may accommodate parties of two to twenty. There are Seventy-fours seats in the Steakhouse section and up to twenty diners may be accommodated in Private Dining.
Is there private dining available in the steakhouse
Yes, Private Dining for up to twenty guests may be accommodated.
Is there dancing in the steakhouse
The upper area of the Steakhouse allows for those diners that wish to enjoy their meal before participating in the entertainment. The seating area behind the glass barrier is a non-dancing zone. The dining room tables in front of the glass barrier are available for dances. It's the guest's choice of which area to be seated.
What kind of food is served in the steakhouse
The Steakhouse serves ONLY USDA PRIME BEEF. Prime beef is the best quality of beef possible. Obviously it is much more expensive that other grades of beef. Typically most restaurants serve either Select or Choice beef. Very few restaurants serve only USDA Prime. Most restaurants do not use exclusively USDA Prime beef. New York Strip Steakhouse serves ONLY the best quality USDA PRIME Steaks! It's more expensive but well worth the experience.
What is the average price of food/steak
The menu entree items range from sixteen-dollars for Angel Hair Pasta Pomodoro (angel hair pasta with a light tomato basil red sauce) to forty-two dollars for Lobster and Friends (8 oz. lobster tail with shrimp, clams and mussels over a bed of linguini). There is also a huge 22-ounce Dry-Aged Prime New York Strip Steak that serves TWO for $75. Salads and sides range on average from six to eight dollars.
How late does the Italian Steakhouse serve food
The steakhouse will serve full dinner menu until midnight and then a limited "off the dinner Ğmenu" late dining menu served until 1:30 am. There is also a limited bar menu available for a lighter selection.
Will the Steakhouse menu be available through cocktail waitresses for customers who do not want to move
The Steakhouse menu is available anywhere within the club. It is suggested that the guests sit in the dining room for the best and most knowledgeable food service, however, if the guest doesn't mind the cramped space of a cocktail table we will serve food anywhere in the showroom. A food server from the Steakhouse will serve all entree items in the showroom
What type of meat do you use
USDA PRIME ONLY
Are the eggs used cage-free
We use only cage free eggs for all of our menu items.
Is the fish sustainable
Yes. New York Strip serves only sustainable fish in all of our menu items.
Is the salmon wild or farm-raised
The Salmon is wild caught salmon.
Do you offer kosher meat or any other foods
Yes. New York Strip Steakhouse & Cabaret does offer some kosher items on our menu.
Can we meet the chef
Of course! If any guest would like to meet the Chef he would be happy to come out front to say "HI!" For health code reasons and for the safety of the staff and our guests no one may enter the kitchen without a management escort. It is no problem for the guest to visit the kitchen. Just ask for a manager's assistance.
What special requests can be given
Any requests that utilize menu items are not a problem on most occasions especially any pasta dishes. If a guest would like a special off menu item we would need a minimum one days notice to accommodate the request.
What type of oil is on the table
We use ONLY extra virgin olive oil in the dining room.
Do you use fresh or dried herbs
We use all fresh herbs on all of our menu items.
Do you use butter
We use USDA butter in all menu items.
Is there a special late-night menu
Yes. After midnight we offer a limited choice of off the Dinner menu items in the Steakhouse and on the floor.
What sports games do you offer
New York Strip will carry every game imaginable and has the capability of playing a dozen different sporting event, run videos, etc. simultaneously on it's 22 HD Plasma's. Any guest may request that we tune a particular TV to his favorite Sporting Event.

Transportation Questions:
Do you have limo or car services
NYSSC co-ops with multiple limousine services. We can help arrange limousine pick ups to and from New York Strip.
Do you provide transportation for impaired guests
NYSSC will provide guests who appear to be impaired with complimentary water, soft drinks or coffee. Additionally we will arrange for a Designated Driver program to assist the guest in getting home safely.

Valet Parking/Car Wash InformationComplimentary Valet parking is provided for all guests at no charge. There is a five-dollar charge for guests that desire to Self Park and a ten-dollar VIP Front charge for those who desire to park up front. The Prime 500 club members have no fee to park at any time including designated Prime 500 parking spots.
VIP Card information
All Industry professionals are encouraged to sign up for or Industry UnCover card, which provides for complimentary admission for the cardholder and also special drink and bottle prices through out the week and $7 Absolut Martini creations from the Martini Bar on Monday's.
