I did not speak it first but I am a believer!

I have personally selected every bottle on our wine menu. Moreover, I will personally vouch for every single selection on the menu as I have enjoyed each and every one of these fine wines on many an occasion.

Ferrari Carano Chardonnay
- Wine Spectator score: 93
  Has enormous concentration of fruit, with layers of melon, apple, pear, spicy nutmeg and subtle honey and toast flavors that add a pleasant dimension to the gorgeous fruit. The texture is silky smooth and the flavors echo long and full.

Caymus Special Select (a favorite Californian)
- Wine Spectator score: 95
  Lots of aromatic complexity, with ripe plum, blackberry, mineral, slate and cedary oak flavors that are rich and concentrated, with ripe, polished tannins and a long, full-bodied finish that echoes mocha and berry flavors. Keeps revealing vivid and thick flavor nuances.

Five Star Merlot, Walla Walla
- Wine Spectator score: 92
  Deep, dark, gorgeous stuff, a generous mouthful of sweet, oak-accented black cherry, blackberry and currant flavors that mingle seductively on the long, beautifully focused finish.

Quintessa, Napa Valley a favorite
- Wine Spectator score: 91
  Intense, vibrant and concentrated, with firm, complex currant, cedar, anise and black cherry fruit. Tightly wound, with chewy tannins.

Damilano, Barolo "Cannubi"
- Wine Spectator score: 95
  Ultraclean yet rich and generous, with raspberry and truffle character. Full-bodied, with silky tannins and a very long finish. This is like touching cashmere. It caresses your taste buds.

Sassicaia, Tenuta Sanguido, Tuscany

  Incredible amount of aromatic wood, almost like rosewood, with hints of plum and berry. Full-bodied, with lots of ripe fruit and a lovely silky texture. Goes on and on. A beautiful wine from the team at Sassicaia.

Chianti Classico Riserva, Ruffino, Gold Label, Tuscany
- Wine Spectator score: 89
  Attractive aromas of lilacs and raspberries. Medium-bodied, with silky tannins and a fruity, vanilla aftertaste.
